Each stage of the process, from the sowing of the seeds to the selling of the shoots, is undertaken in our studio space.
Short growing times and weekly harvesting allows these magic, delicious, nutritious and healing shoots to be made available
to the local community, chefs, restaurants and greengrocers at their peak.
Packaged in glass jars for reuse and/or return and refill.
